Offer Conditions: All requests must be received by December 15, 2008. Limit two (2) service certificates per person and per household. Allow approximately 6-8 weeks for delivery of service certificate. Offer valid in the United States, excluding Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories, and where prohibited, restricted or taxed. Offer valid only to individual consumers; requests from groups, clubs or organizations will not be honored. Service certificates cannot be combined with any other offer, coupon or discount card. Offer forms or receipts that are not obtained through authorized channels, are incomplete, damaged, photocopied, mechanically reproduced, altered or forged will not be accepted. Service certificate expires 4/30/09 and is subject to any terms and conditions stated thereon. To redeem this offer, service certificate must be used at the same participating facility at which the oil change was originally performed. Service certificates cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred or substituted. No cash back will be issued on any unused portion of a service certificate. Exxon Mobil Corporation (“ExxonMobil”), Marketing Drive, LLC, and their respective parents, affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, “Releasees”) are not responsible for late, lost, illegible, damaged, incomplete, misaddressed, misdirected, inaccurate or postage-due mail, receipts, offer forms or service certificates, or for any errors of any kind relating to this offer. All requests become property of ExxonMobil, and are non-returnable. Invalid or duplicate requests will not be honored or returned. Return of any request/certificate as undeliverable will result in forfeiture of the Service Certificate. ExxonMobil has no obligation to acknowledge, redeem or return redemption requests not in compliance with these terms. The U.S. Postal Statutes prohibit acts devised to defraud or to obtain money or property by false or fraudulent means, if the postal system is involved; and may result in prosecution and a term of imprisonment, fine or both. This would include, among other things, the use of fictitious names or multiple addresses or P.O. Boxes. The promotional offer extended to consumers requires that the purchase be made by the person receiving the offer. This offer may not be published in any magazine or elsewhere without ExxonMobil’s written permission. Trading, buying, selling, or manufacturing of receipts or offer forms are considered to be in violation of the terms of this offer.
