Product Description

Mobil Curve Grease 102 , a lithium hydroxy‐stearate grease, is designed to lubricate the curves of railway track rails in order to reduce wheel friction and wear. Mobil Curve Grease 102 contains 3% molybdenum disulfide, an effective solid additive for reducing friction under boundary lubrication conditions (metal‑to‑metal contact). Reducing friction decreases wear and extends wheel service life. Mobil Curve Grease 102 is also fortified with polymers, which improve its ability to remain on the rail curve and resist water once applied.
