Product Description

Mobil ATF D/M Multipurpose is a synthetic technology transmission fluid formulated for use in a wide variety of 4 Speed and 5 Speed transmissions in North American, European, and Asian vehicles. It can also be used as power steering oil.

Applications

Mobil ATF D/M Multipurpose is a premium synthetic technology automatic transmission fluid designed to meet the needs of broad range of 4 speed and 5 speed transmission designs.
Mobil ATF D/M Multipurpose is not recommended for use in 6 Speed plus step AT, CVT or DCT transmissions.
Good maintenance practice dictates that automatic transmissions be checked for proper fluid levels at regular intervals, and that the fluid be drained and replaced at intervals recommended by the manufacturer. Some manufacturers recommend more frequent changes of transmission fluid under severe driving conditions such as those that occur in heavy traffic, in hot weather, or when pulling a trailer.
Based on a combination of field-testing and laboratory testing, Mobil ATF D/M Multipurpose is suitable for use in applications requiring Dexron IIIH, Ford Mercon, etc.
Note: Mobil ATF D/M Multipurpose is not recommended for other application, including GM Dexron VI, Ford Mercon V, Mercon LV, Mercon SP and Type F ATF
Mobil ATF D/M Multipurpose is suitable for use in a broad range of transmissions. It is important to note that the respective vehicle manufacturers have neither evaluated nor approved Multi-vehicle ATF in these applications except where noted in the Specifications and Approvals section.
