Product Description

The Mobil™ Clean Release Series is formulated with highly refined base oils and specialised additives designed to provide a reliable anti-stick film on mould surfaces. This feature helps reduce production losses and minimise defective output. With viscosities ranging from 90 to 165 cSt, these oils deliver consistent release performance, help reduce material build-up on mould surfaces, and support clean separation in manufacturing environments. The Mobil Clean Release Series can be applied to moulds either manually or through centralised spray systems. As it contains no wax-type components, it does not cause blockages in central spray lines or nozzles and leaves no sticky residues on treated surfaces.

Applications
