Mobil Delvac™ Extended Life Coolant/Antifreeze

Mobil commercial-vehicle-lube , Argentina

Antifreeze & Coolant

Product Description

Mobil Delvac™ Extended Life Coolant-Antifreeze is a product for the cooling system that contains inhibitors that provide protection against freezing, overheating, rust and corrosion when used as recommended. Contains monoethylene glycol and organic corrosion inhibitors, OAT technology that allows extending the exchange interval.

Mobil Delvac™ Extended Life Coolant-Antifreeze features a universal free from Nitrite, Nitrate, Phosphate, Borates and Silicates formula. It is recommended for use in all types of light vehicles (cars and vans) and heavy vehicles (trucks, buses, tractors and agricultural machines).

Features and Benefits

Mobil Delvac™ Extended Life Coolant-Antifreeze has the following features and benefits:

• Super protection to all the metallic alloys in the system, especially after an aging period, when the traditional Coolant loses performance

• Superior protection in lower concentrations. Designed for assuring anti-corrosion protection level from 1:2 (33%) solutions

• Extends the lifetime of the Water pump by eliminating silicates, which may become insoluble in the traditional Coolants, forming an abrasive gel, with consequent mechanical corrosion

• Higher stability during its storage, which provides Shelf Life up to 5 years at the replacement market shelves

• Potentiates the antifreeze property to eliminate the crystallization water of the conventional borate-based additives

• Consequently increases the Boiling Point

• Minimizes Corrosion by Cavitation of Water Pump thanks to its foam suppressing property

• Improves Heat Exchange by eliminating silicate buildups, and the consequent clogging of galleries

Applications

Mobil Delvac™ Extended Life Coolant-Antifreeze is formulated with organic corrosion inhibitors to provide full cooling system protection for up to 10 years or 1,500,000 kilometers in on-highway (or up to 8 years or 15,000 hours in off-highway use).

It is especially suitable for use in high performance and high temperature refrigeration systems in the presence of aluminum or not, such as:

• Off-road vehicles and equipment.

• Heavy Heavy-duty vehicles.

• Stationary engines.

• Cooling/heating system.
