Product Description

Fibrax 235 is a dark-colored, high-quality grease of NLGI grade 3.
Its high-viscosity base oil and sodium soap thickener ensure effective lubrication even at elevated temperatures.

Features and Benefits

•   Adheres well to lubricated surfaces and protects bearings by forming a protective barrier against the ingress of abrasive materials.
•   Offers good mechanical stability and maintains proper lubrication over time for supports and bearings.
•   Provides good resistance to high temperatures.

Applications

Fibrax 235 is recommended for rolling bearings and bushings operating at medium speeds, even under high load conditions.
It is also used for lubricating crusher jaws, mills, furnaces, coolers, and other heavy industrial machinery.
Additionally, it can be used in textile machinery, such as stamping frames and calenders.
Fibrax 235 is not suitable for use in the presence of water or excessive humidity, as the sodium soap-based thickener does not resist water washout.
The product can be used within a temperature range of -20°C to +120°C.
