Mobil Super™ 3000 Formula D1 5W-30 is a fully synthetic high-performance engine oil designed for gasoline engines of American, Japanese and Korean car builders. The oil is designed to help provide long engine life and enhanced turbocharger and engine protection in vehicles of all ages, outperforming our conventional-synthetic blended products. It provides excellent protection against sludge, engine rust and corrosion under severe and low-temperature operating conditions, and provides optimum viscosity and fluidity across a broad temperature range. It addresses the challenges specific to downsized turbocharged direct injection gasoline engines in regards to engine and emission after-treatment system protection.

The oil meets the latest API and ILSAC industry standards required by Japanese and Korean auto builders, as well as the latest standards from General Motors and Ford for their current and older gasoline engines.

Mobil Super 3000 Formula D1 5W-30 is suitable for a diversity of passenger cars, SUVs, and light commercial vehicles produced by General Motors, Ford, Chrysler, as well as Japanese and Korean builders.

• Mobil Super 3000 Formula D1 5W-30 is recommended in most recent and older models of General Motors and Ford vehicles to ensure effective turbocharger protection and engine cleanliness.

• Mobil Super 3000 Formula D1 5W-30 is recommended for all Japanese or Korean gasoline fueled vehicle requiring a 5W-30 oil with an API or ILSAC service level of any category.

Mobil Super 3000 Formula D1 5W-30 is classified by the 'American Petroleum Institute' (API) as ""SP Resource Conserving"" and by the 'International Lubricant Standardization and Approval Committee' (ILSAC) as GF-6A. These categories define oils which in addition to providing excellent engine protection also demonstrate fuel economy improvement in accordance to the latest industry requirements.
