Product Description

Primetals Mill Duty Grease is an extended service lithium complex grease specifically designed for use in long rolling equipment manufactured by Primetals Technologies. It is designed to outperform conventional steel mill greases by a combination of high performance additives, robust ISO VG 220 base oil and proprietary manufacturing technology.  In service it provides strong adhesion, structural stability and resistance to water contamination for excellent protection against rust and corrosion.  In addition, Primetals Mill Duty Grease offers excellent high temperature wear protection, with its high technology performance additives allowing for operating temperatures of 140º C (284°F).

Primetals Mill Duty Grease is designed to perform in challenging steel mill operating conditions that include high temperature, water contamination, shock loading and extended re-lubrication intervals.

Features and Benefits

Primetals Mill Duty Grease utilizes the same technology found in Mobilgrease XHP 221, a product whose demonstrated performance has made it a popular choice of Primetals Technologies equipment owners worldwide.  It is formulated to provide excellent oxidation stability as well as anti-wear and EP protection.

Features Advantages and potential benefits
