Product Description
Primetals Mill Duty Grease is an extended service lithium complex grease specifically designed for use in long rolling equipment manufactured by Primetals Technologies. It is designed to outperform conventional steel mill greases by a combination of high performance additives, robust ISO VG 220 base oil and proprietary manufacturing technology. In service it provides strong adhesion, structural stability and resistance to water contamination for excellent protection against rust and corrosion. In addition, Primetals Mill Duty Grease offers excellent high temperature wear protection, with its high technology performance additives allowing for operating temperatures of 140º C (284°F).
Primetals Mill Duty Grease is designed to perform in challenging steel mill operating conditions that include high temperature, water contamination, shock loading and extended re-lubrication intervals.

Primetals Mill Duty Grease can be used in a wide variety of long rolling mill applications. Its NLGI Grade 1 penetration makes it ideal for use in automatic grease systems where it can reduce grease line plugging and related maintenance.
