- Your camera is having trouble scanning the Scantrust Secure 2D Code . Try moving your phone closer to the code, holding it steady, at a slight angle to avoid reflections, tapping the screen to focus, or scanning the code in brighter lighting
- The code has been scanned too many times and has been inactivated (not necessarily counterfeit).
