Vacuum Dehydrator Unit (VDU) Rental
Mobil | Conco Services LLC offers both rental dehydrators and full-service operations based on your company’s budget and experience. Increase oil longevity and maintain productivity on system components while removing free and emulsified water, dissolved gases, light hydrocarbons, solvents, and particulate contamination from lines, pipes and reservoirs during operation.
Mobil | Conco oil vacuum dehydrators are developed specifically to solve a wide array of contamination issues within refined hydrocarbon and petroleum products. Our Dehydration Systems are capable of removing more dissolved water than most systems.
Each dehydrator also includes particulate filtration. For our upstream filtration applications, we use a High-Capacity Inlet Bag Filter. The downstream filtration uses Micro-glass filter media that typically runs at 5-micron Beta(c) greater than or equal to 1000 filter elements.
Features include:
- Flow rates of 5 to 50 GPM and maximum pump pressure of 80 PSI
- Fitted with high efficiency micro-glass media filters with typical removal rates of > 99.9% for the rated particulate size
- Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) in the control panel to manage speed
- Explosion proof, NEMA 4 and NEMA 7 (HAZOP) rated skids available
- Window to monitor process oil level and gas transfer
- Overheat protection
