- Mobil | Conco Filter Carts are designed to be used side-stream or offline to tackle particulate contamination within fluids, oils, or other liquid hydrocarbons. Each oil reclamation system is made with a synthetic, man-made, Micro-glass filter media common to most petroleum products.
- The filter provides higher efficiency of particle retention, enabling a larger difference in upstream particle counts versus downstream particle counts. This high degree of efficiency helps to maintain a fluid’s natural lubrication properties, unlike older filter media such as paper or cellulose.
- Particulate is often removed from higher particle counts such as ISO 22/21/19 to lower particle counts such as ISO 16/14/11 using 5-micron Beta(c) greater than or equal to 1000 filter elements.
Many of our filter carts can also be used with mineral oils, synthetics, water-based hydraulic fluids, synthetic-based fire-retardant or EHC fluids, and heaters that can increase temperature and lower your fluid’s viscosity.

- Heaters with low watt density and low oil level float
- Fine fluid filtration from ISO 32 to ISO 680 heavy gear oils and sized to meet custom flow rates, temperatures, and viscosities
- Process and high limit thermocouples on separate controllers
- Achieve 99.9% efficiencies for low industry setting particle counts
- Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) in the control panel to manage speed
- Available in stainless steel for chemical flushes
