- Single skid units including pump, filters, heater, and spill containment in a minimal footprint
- Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) and Reverse Flow Capability to easily adjust flow rate and direction for safe and efficient operation
- Equipment is designed to meet optimal Reynolds standards to increase flushing effectiveness and reduce flushing durations
- Engineer, design, and execute procedures including calculations, marked up drawings, and cleanliness acceptance criteria
- Provide jumpers, manifold hoses, and temporary storage tanks for use during flush
- Onsite ISO 4406 particle counters and custom-built flushing screens for real time cleanliness verification.
