WT Gearbox Flush

Service includes draining of existing fluid, hot oil rinse of flush with filtration to wash out contamination, and filter fill to ISO Cleanliness specifications.

Conco to LOTO the equipment and perform a job safety analysis.

Drain the existing lubricant from the Gearbox.

Using a two-pump method, one to fill and flush while the second to pull out of the bottom. Hot Oil is circulated using nozzles to direct the spray and wash both gears and inside walls of the gearbox.
