Mobil 1™ ESP Formula 0W-40 is the first and only dexos2™-approved motor oil developed specifically for Chevrolet Corvettes. Upgrading to Mobil 1 ESP Formula 0W-40 will help reduce oil consumption and provide maximum performance. The majority of Chevrolet diesel and gasoline vehicles can use dexos2™ lubricants as General Motors has let us know that the dexos2™ specification is backward compatible to older GM specifications (GM-LL-A-025 and GM-LL-B-025). Mobil 1 5W-30 meets GM-LL-A-025.

The use of Mobil 1 will not void new-car warranties where an American Petroleum Institute (API) certified oil is recommended. The exception is the Mazda rotary engine (Mazda does not recommend any synthetic oils). Always consult your owner’s manual.
