outstanding product,lot's of history with mobil1
proof is in the miles. my2003Ford Ranger4.0 just turned 174,500plus miles with this oil. used wix filters until high mileage mobil 1 filter became readily available 125, 000 miles were in dallas , tx traffic and hot texas weather,balance in Missouri weather since retiring. still no oil consumption or leaks, gives me20-
22 mpg, 5spd, 4x4 with 4.10 gears. use same oil in my john Deere 445 lawn tractor, john deere4x6 gator, new scaggs turf tiger zero turn mower and new ford f150 4x4 eco boost 3.5 whichjust turned
35,000 miles, with no consumption, As a side note, use 5W40 mobil1 in my 65 hp john deere turbo diesel 5320 tractor, just turned over1000 hrs.with no oil consumption.
my wife's Toyota Avalon 2014, run 0W20 mobil1 with mobil1 filter, change oil once a year, usually
just a bit over 10,000 miles. does not us a drop of oil, currently at 50,000 plus, will change after bad weather is out of here , southwest missouri . current oil still looks clean on dip stick. gave us 35mgp
round trip to Dallas, tx, over thanksgiving nearly 900 miles on the road. why use any other oil, as is readily available even in rural Missouri.

Will never purchase again!!
I was a firm believer in this oil and was very proud to tell people I was a user of Mobil 1 full synthetic! That is until I recently got a bad lifter tick and pulled the valley and valve covers off of my 2003 5.3 liter Silverado and seen the god awful gunk build up! It was unreal! Definitely not what I was expecting after spending good money on what I thought was great oil. I would not go over 6,000 miles between oil changes. I have built a fresh 5.3 and I will be using AMSOIL!!!!!

Excellent engine oil
I noticed the difference between Mobil1 and other synthetic since the first time i use it on my 2013 Sonic, and now has 56k miles on the clock. The engine turn to be more smooth and quiet. I realize that this is the only oil that i trust. There might be other good full synthetic but i dont want to risk it, for me Mobil1 has proved it all the way.

40 years use
Started using in Hawaii in 1977 in my 74 Volvo which required manual valve adjustments. Valve gallery stayed clean even with short mileage drives. Kept Volvo until 1986 and engine still ran smoothly with virtually no oil burning. Been using in all my vehicles since 1977. Do not compromise on engine oil; use Mobil 1.

Best Ever
I have a 2001 GMC Yukon XL with 169,000 miles on it. It has been in the family it's entire life and has used only Mobil 1 Full Synthetic. It has never had any engine problems and the engine runs just as good as new. Never will use anything else other than Mobil 1.

I have 345,000 plus miles on my 2007 Nissan Altima se, which was put in when my car first hit 10,000 miles!, this oil is second to no other as my car purrs like a kitten even after running my car with no oil on the dipstick several times, I do not recommend doing that but my belief is if I had anything but mobile 1 in its crankcase, that I would of been shopping for a new car, thanks mobile 1 , jerry b.

My 75k mile review in my ss
I have had my 07 Cobalt SS since new using mobil 1 since day one. The car was daily driven and drag Raced normally. Now the Last few years mostly driven spiritually on the weekends and still drag Raced. My car has all stock internals engine has never been opened car is over 100hp more than it came stock. Compression is perfect no engine blow by and never shavings in my filter. Mobile 1 has done an amazing job protecting my engine and wouldn't trust any other brand. 75,000 hard miles and my engine is as healthy as new. What else could you ask for! Thanks Mobil 1

Use every oil change
Been using Mobil 1 5W30 in my '12 Sentra SE-R Spec V since I bought the car new. Was using the over priced Nismo oil filter for the first couple years then switched to the Mobil 1 oil filter when there was a sale for a pack of 12. The car is sitting at 106000 miles right now and have done the oil change ever 6k, give or take a few hundred miles. Still runs like she did when I first picked her up with 6 miles on the tach. Recently took it to the dyno and is making 176 horsepower at the wheel and 170lb-ft of Torque all stock. Thanks again Mobil for making a terrific product, you will have me as a life long customer for sure.

Change oil every 20,000 miles on my last 7 Toyotas and Scions,Every 5000 miles i change the mobil 1 fliter. with new one.Always use Mobil 1 oil and Fliters

The best engine oil.
I've been using exclusively Mobil 1 full synthetic (5W30 and 5W20) in every vehicle I own and many others that I maintain on a regular basis since my dad taught me how to change oil nearly 20 years ago now. Simply put when performance and protection matter this is your best option for engine lubricant. The wear protection is second to none and you never have to worry about whether or not an OEM will question the oil if there is a warranty issue because this product is better than theirs or is their recommended choice for their premium vehicles. They also have great racing lubricants for protection under the most extreme and demanding of conditions. I am a believer in using this oil if you value protecting your vehicle's engine past the warranty period and want to see vehicles reach or exceed their engine's max service life.

Very good stuff
This oil does what it says it can do. Provides excellent lubrication to the engine and increases fuel mileage. I ran the Mobil 1 5W30 for 15 years in my 1995 Ford Ranger 2.3 four cylinder. I bought it brand new. I changed the oil between 5000 and 8000 miles. But the oil can go longer if it needs to. The oil never let me down. I believe it also helped the trucks battery to last 14.5 years. Because synthetic oil is so slippery that it takes less energy to start a vehicle. Thus making your vehicles battery last longer. And when I owned my Ranger I was living in Michigan. So my truck saw 8 very cold Winters. Then I moved to Mississippi and the truck saw 7 very hot Summers. My trucks engine did great in both climates thanks in part to Mobil 1 5W30. As for engine cleanliness; the 2.3 has an oiI splash plate under the lone valve cover. I scratched off the black paint on it where the oil cap goes to promote to people how clean Mobil 1 keeps an engine clean. No sludge ever appeared on the scratches. Use Mobil 1 with confidence. It wont let you down.

great oil
i have used mobil 1 pure synthetic for almost 2 years now in my 2011 chevy hhr and have had no problems ,it has now 74,500 miles on it and doesnt use any oil i dont have to add any between oil changes . i would like to start using the high mileage but it is not dextos approved and after talking with a mobil rep i am going to the extended performance pure synthetic .

More power, mileage, engine life, used since 1966
This oil does not burn until almost 450 degrees F. Still lubricating when others burn.
My Honda 750F with Mobil1 was several bike lengths ahead of friends Honda 750 after changing to Mobil 1. Before they were pretty even. When I sold the bike 21 years later valves still did NOT need adjusting. Looked like new inside cylinder head.
Smokey Unick dyno'd Nascar 355 Chevy, went from 303 to 333 hp on the dyno! Just by changing the oil!
My Cadillac Northstar 300 hp still is clean inside, gets 30 mpg highway, has 80,000 miles using Mobil1 exclusively.
1978 VW Scirocco engine looked like new inside at 180,000 miles, good compression, was using one quart of oil every 1,500 miles.

250,000 miles & still the cleanest engine
This week we had to take the valve covers off my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. Finally had a valve stick & kick off a rocker arm after 250,000 miles. I bought this Jeep in 2007 with about 50,000 miles on it, & since then it has had nothing in it but Mobile 1. When we took off that valve cover, the cams & all still look new! No gunk anywhere, just clean oil soaking everything. Thank you Mobile 1 for keeping my Jeepy running to a quarter million miles, & longer after we fix the current issues ;)

My engines are thoroughly clean inside
Year after year and well into six-figure miles, Mobil 1 motor oil keeps the inside of my engines completely clean. I am confident that Mobil 1 will allow me to operate these same vehicles reliably for many years to come. As I write this review, we are forecast to have many more days in a row of 100 degrees or more, and I am confident that Mobil 1 will protect my engines through any and all hot spells.

360,000 mile Camry
My 03 Camry with 2.4L topped 360000 miles this week engine gets the same milage as it did new. The car uses no oil between changes and when I replaced the cam cover gasket the engine was spotless inside. I have used the 5w-30 since the car reached 5000 miles.

Works as advertised.
I used Mobil 1 5w/30 for 12 years and 260,000 miles in my 04 GMC 2500HD. Changed the oil between 6500 and 7000 miles. The engine outlasted the rest of the truck. Enough said.

Great oil for the GM 3.6
Glad I could find a oil that meets GM spec. For the 3.6
They had timing chain stretch problems. The Mobil 1 does a fine job even in the Arizona heat.
I worked at the GM desert Proving Grounds and saw first hand what Mobil 1 did in their test fleet.

great engine longivity
Been using Mobil 1 5W-30 in my 2000 Pontiac Montana, which I bought new, since about 30,000 miles and noticed the brown staining from conventional oil at the filler area. The car now has 340,000 and I still use the regular Mobil 1, not the high mileage, and still do not have to add any oil between changes at about 7,500 miles. I do the changes when the Pontiac oil change reminder comes on. When I change the oil, I look in the filler port and the engine is still clean and no sludge can be seen. Engine has never been apart except for the 3.4l intake manifold gasket failure, common on this engine
I am highly satisfied with Mobil 1 and use it on my '84 Buick Riviera Convertable and '09 Chevy Avalanche

I use Mobil 1......Period....And Here's Why...
I've had my 1998 Ford F150 with a 4.6L SOHC V-8 since new. I run only Mobil 1 5w30. Drove it 266,000 miles until it blew a head gasket. Where we tore it apart - absolutely NO WEAR - ZERO. Clean inside and no wear. Cylinder walls still had a crosshatch pattern. Crank and cam journals were void of wear and we went back with standard sized bearings. I can provide images of this engine when it was torn down. Mobil 1 for life.....FOR LIFE. Engine is now rebuilt and ready to go back in my truck. Had I taken better care of my cooling system it would never have blown the head gasket. It would have gone way beyond 300,000 miles WITHOUT A REBUILD on Mobil 1.

First time Mobil 1 user
I recently changed to Mobil 1 from another synthetic oil in my 1987 Monte Carlo SS. It's got 69,000 original miles, very low for a 29 year old car. What I noticed right away was better oil pressure than I've had before. Not that it was bad, but it is increased. The car means a lot to me, & it's important for me to protect an old engine, even if it has relatively low miles. Seeing increased oil pressure is like a security blanket for me. I will stay with Mobil 1.

Low oil pressure in my Corvette.
My 2007 Corvette with 60,000 miles maintains 28 psi at 70 mph 1750 rpm, oil temperature of 220 degrees. This hasn't changed since I've owned it for two years, considering changing to a higher weight or different oil manufacturer. Cold oil pressure can climb to 80 psi, when hot pressure falls off rapidly. Mobile 1 suggested to keep using 5-30, or maybe 0-30, but not 0-40. Why? I feel my oil concerns are due to thermal breakdown. The only way to increase oil pressure when hot is to use a higher weight oil, or a better grade oil that resist the effects of heat. Just my 2 cents worth...

I have seen this stuff work!!!
I drove for a limo company back in the 80's., and my boss used Mobil 1 in all of the vehicles, even his own personal vehicle. Back then even before the new extended performance oil he would change the oil every 15,000 miles. and never experienced an engine oil problem. I saw with my own eyes, these vehicles go 300-400,000 miles and still be running great when he sold them. i have used Mobil 1 products ever since.

Depend on Mobil 1 for my Jeep
Have been completely satisfied with my jeep's performance using Mobil 1. It's a dependable product that provides the wear protection for my 1997 jeep. I run 33" tires on a 4 banger engine, it's a lot to push that less than perfect aerodynamic vehicle on the highways. But can depend on getting the best performance from this product.

If you drive Suburban/Tahoe use it
If you own a Suburban or Tahoe use Mobil 1 5W-30 solely and your engine can go over 300,000 miles. Now driving my 12th Suburban and the last 3 used only Mobil 1 and the first 2 went 340,000 and 350,000 miles respectively and the engines still ran like new! Have 125,000 on current Suburban and still does not burn any oil between changes - 7500 miles and the technician smiles because the old oil looks as clean as the new oil! - and runs as smooth as the day I drove it off the show room floor. Every GM dealer carries Mobil 1, use it and you will be amazed at the result.
